      Great place to work for

      Pros

      Open and friendly environment. The company has grown quite a bit over the last couple of years. It pays a lot of attention to make the right hire. The work culture is positive and the management encourages a flexible work environment. The leadership is open to feedback and handles changes well.

      Cons

      Commuting to Rosslyn and Skyline was painful. However they have opened an office in Reston and it really helps.

      Pros

      Small company, very good health benefits, free snacks and soda.

      Cons

      CEO is an extreme micro-manager. Everything is a crisis and results are expected right away, despite the fact there are many top priority items on your plate already. Direction changes by the hour! It's like the vortex of a tornado.

      Pros

      Fantastic, fun environment where everyone treats each other like family. There are numerous opportunities to grow. Nobody is limited to the specific job they were hired for. If you have a skill or a desire to learn a skill in another area and use it, you can. For many people, regular telework is an option as well.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of. If you want a company where you can sit and do one thing over and over again, this may not be the company for you.
