I worked for Synergy BIS for a little over a year and had a very positive experience. Although I worked at an alternate location I was always made to feel a part of the team. They are a growing company that values their employees. They've been a stepping stone for me after retiring from the Military and I would definitely work for them again.

Cons

Approachable management and good benefits.

I have been working at Synergy BIS for a few years now. Coming from a big company, I found this a welcome change in my career. The management is very approachable. The work is interesting and talent is very much appreciated. Synergy BIS has a great reputation with federal and commercial clients. Good employees are frequently rewarded via bonus and quarterly awards. They give benefits like reimbursing gym fees up to $75 per month. There is no beaurocracy, HR is friendly. Employees share a great working relationship. They provide flexible working locations.

Pros

Very talented people all around with a lot of energy. Great place for folks who don't want to get boxed in a specific job and want to expand their career. Flexible work hours, great medical and gym benefits. Quarterly happy hours, annual family picnic, and monthly manager’s lunch are some of the soft benefits. Cash awards for “Employee of the Quarter” and annual anniversaries.

Cons

It might get overwhelming to folks who are not used to multitask or always look for specific directions. Also, being a small company, if you don’t know what you said you know when you were hired, will be exposed very easily.
