      Pros

      Software Development and QA peers are mostly solid professionals Remote Client is exceptional

      Cons

      You are a contractor, not an employee. Contract games with the agencies they work with. 0-2% raises maximum, while management roles tend to get much higher increases

      Pros

      Some of the senior managers are great and keep things in order. Unfortunately these are the people that are overworked and demotivated. I heard that the company reduced the bonus of senior managers this year!!! Benefits are ok. Some programs are growing. People in those programs are doing well.

      Cons

      CEO and President have their eyes on revenue and profit without any respect for the well-being of employees. Bullying employees is common. President is the worst. Team members are laid off frequently. It is very difficult to find a position after rolloff from one project. There are no second chances. They offer very little pay hike and bonus.

      The CEOs and VPs are very personally involved which can be helpful with difficult clients.

      Cons

      The CEOs and VPs are very involved in client delivery which can cause confusion as delivery managers can get cut out of critical conversations.
