The place sucks. It's terrible, the whole company just has an awful vibe and energy. Nobody likes each other, everyone is fake and talks behind your back. Management think they're top notch till they come face to face with the CEO and then all they do is brown nose

Pros

You get to visit with dogs at work everyday because it is a dog friendly place. Company lunches every month.

Cons

no job training, managers & HR department play favorites, CEO hardly speaks to you unless he's barking demands at you, very VERY low pay, inconsistent in how they do things. The job seems like a dream come true at first but your sadly waken up from a nightmare a few months after working there. They only have such good reviews because they offered company points to employees in exchange for a 5 star review- don't be fooled!

Some real good people. Good products. Dogs allowed in the office.

Cons

One looks at reviews. whether it be for a job. restaurant, or even a doctor, , if they are mostly negative , there is a definite problem. Turnover is ridiculous here. the person who wrote the "bashing" post, is most likely the common denominator in all the negative posts more so than the owner. Save the space on your resume.
