No management communication.No fundamentals(culture),sales has out-sold the ability for this location to manufacture and daily has last minute products produced to ship.Lots of backorders. Sales tries to run production. Poor container quality,revolving door employees, some with non u.s. citizen status.Older equipment being held together with tape..literally. Constant mislabeling of product boxes causing massive and timely rework.Product has 3 year experiation but changes colors from retained samples less than 18 months old. Now that company is doing what it is best at-cheaping it up-and uprooting from Fort Lauderdale(choosing not to retain original employees)and moving to a facility in North Carolina..my outlook is such that it will continue to operate like this..only on a larger scale. Hardly any employees with over 2 years tenure. Only one men's and women's bathroom in production area and we are told not to use the other bathroom (1 mens,1 womens)because it is for office employees.
