      Pros

      You get to visit with dogs at work everyday because it is a dog friendly place. Company lunches every month.

      Cons

      no job training, managers & HR department play favorites, CEO hardly speaks to you unless he's barking demands at you, very VERY low pay, inconsistent in how they do things. The job seems like a dream come true at first but your sadly waken up from a nightmare a few months after working there. They only have such good reviews because they offered company points to employees in exchange for a 5 star review- don't be fooled!

      Pros

      All projects are seen as a team effort, and everyone takes resposibility for delivering their portion in an efficient and timely fashion. Collaboration and mutual respect permeate interactions between employes and management. Makes you want to give the extra mile every day.

      There have been no cons during the time I have worked for the company.

      Pros

      I've been working in SynergyLabs for 9 months and I can say it is an excellent workplace with a great, fun team. Lots of thing have improved over time. I love the pets in the office! It's truly a fun place to work in. The management is friendly and always helpful.
