Pros
Open communication policy, fun team building events, everyday is exciting and challenging, coworkers are friendly, The SynergyWay fundamentals, big emphasis on doing the right thing, fair compensation, promotions from within, pets can come to work, growth opportunities, and decent benefits. I have learned so much working here - its been very rewarding. I love coming to work everyday and feel that I am an appreciated team member.
Cons
There really aren't any cons to working here. I think there are always ways to improve but it really is a great company to work for. For me personally, I enjoy coming to work everyday
