I found my ultimate dream job! I Am So Happy!
Pros
Everyone's ideas are listened to. They seek out employees ideas and its not just for looks - they actually care about what everyone thinks about how the company is run. The CEO is open minded and cares about the people who work there. They have company lunches where everyone gets together in the lunch room, company buys lunch, and everyone gets to know what all the other departments are doing. Good news, bad news, everything is open and honest. Its a real team. I feel more like a member of a large family than an employee. I get enough freedom to do my job they way I think it should be done - but enough direction that I don't feel lost. I know what is expected of me. They have a program where every month you can pick a coworker to win a prize and they also have perk-points program where you earn points for doing things very well and the points can be spent on prizes, cash and extra time-off. My entire ream works very hard to make the products the best there are. We feel like if we do a great job then the company rewards us and recognizes our efforts.
