      Low Pay with Low fulfilment

      Pros

      Free Lunch once a month. There were a few nice people who worked there when I quit. Work was simple.

      Cons

      Low starting pay and even being promoted yields very little in the way of a raise. Only thing worse than having to deal with your managers is actually being a manager. The CEO likes to pretend he is the next Trump (even has a bobble head of him), but his ideas tend to just hinder the company, and when they go wrong management figures get replaced.

      Cons

      Sales Directors are the lead management of the company. When Sales directs Operations, this can provide conflicts that directly effect manufacturing operations negatively. NC Operations Team gets management direction from Sales Directors that are located in Florida.
