      Decent benefits. Work with Interesting people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Archaic technology and tools. Poor succession planning. Business wants to grow but is not willing to invest in the resources needed to reach their financial goals. Very disorganized systems and processes. Poor leadership. HR and Recruiting support is awful. They don’t have the resources to achieve the growth hiring goals. They work their employees very long and hard and but it’s never enough. Overall, this not a good organization to work for.
