Syngenta offer great benefits, 5% 401K match, short term incentive bonus annually, maternity/paternity leave, and most recently 6 weeks PTO for full time US employees. The are leading the industry and have a global impact on food production.

Cons

It can be difficult to switch between functions within the company. If you want to try your hand at something else, they want you to have experience, but may not be willing to offer a chance to gain experience.
