      Oportuinty to meet & work with some of the world's leading experts in Agriculture. Exciting work, unique challenges, and innovative ideas.

      Cons

      Long working hours with mediocre pay. High stress and NO Work/Life balance. Expect to be micro-managaed and emotionally abused. Hostile work environment perpetuated from the long time staff to the new Department Head. Little opportunity for advancement unless you want to relocate.
