Zero chance to have any representation from supervision, medical staff, HR, etc. majority of the work force coasts and never have a problem since they are not held accountable to any work standard. If you have work ethic and do your job you will be held under a microscope and become a target of the BIG BROTHER system that has, in my opinion, created a toxic, unsafe, low morale work environment . All at the cost of good operators being Terminated unfairly without even having a final word. The HR Consultant that currently is the JUDGE, JURY, and ARBITRATOR makes a decision before you even walk into her office. YOU ARE AT THE MERCY of someone who has no reasoning for the way things go between co-workers in a production unit and has no problem with throwing you to the wolves
