I had an awesome boss and everyone was great to work with. The pay and overtime was amazing during harvest. Also there are a lot of just general perks.

Cons

There are rumors that they are consolidating to a megafarm model, my site was closed and almost everyone was laid off. However I also got hired on knowing this so I enjoyed working there while I could.
