      Great location and benefits, poor leadership

      Pros

      The RTP location is very nice and the company offers great benefits.

      Cons

      There is little direction from management and they loose focus and motivation. A lot of restructuring and constant department changes. Hard to maintain relationships and know who is accountable.

      Pros

      Usually get a raise every year, profit sharing and if the company reaches the Short Term Incentive you get 5% if your salary.

      Cons

      Positions only become available every few years so it's very very hard to move up. Communication isn't fantastic either. They say they care about safety but they don't. They have meetings every day for the office employees and have food catered in for each one but don't reward the ones doing manual labor.
