      Company Vehicle Salary/Benefits are good, as long as you have a good manager

      Cons

      Syngenta products are some of the most expensive products on the market. Big company wheels move slowly - specifically to respond to market changes. Don't meet your sales targets 2 years in a row = termination.

      Great pay and benefits. I really liked working with upper management.

      Cons

      There was a lot of miscommunication with my program between upper management and my local team. I did not know what my job duties were and there was a lot of “sitting around”. I learned a lot about sales but never got the opportunity to try and “make a sale”. I eventually left because I was told by a few members of the company (some clients) I “should look for employment elsewhere” and needed to go back to school.
