      Pros

      Good pay. Opportunities for advancement. Exciting technical work. Leading edge of technology. CEO is a very dynamic and personable guy.

      Cons

      Synopsys is a "Frankenstein's Monster" of acquistions. Sometimes the acquired do not play so well together and management treats them like children, locking them in a room and letting them "work it out" on their own.

      Great manager, no micromanagement, great team and positive atmosphere. No petty politics or in-fighting.

      Cons

      Brand awareness in EMEA is a challenge at times but we have closed some major business with little to no brand awareness. Unprofessional comments from past employees
