Pros

They are excited about growth in the managed services market. Management and HR appeared open to feedback. They are developing a fairly comprehensive process and tool set ... still needs to mature.

Cons

Lack of real communication down to employees providing the support to clients. Lack of coordination between management levels creating policies and those providing tools to supply services. Lack of coordination between implementing/building vision and long term support of current products and how the employees supporting those products are going to meet job requirements. Lack of communication in how the company is going to include all employees. Lack of follow-through in communicating changes to employees. Company has many projects that are bigger than they currently have experience to complete.

Pros

Great people at the individual contributor level. Fun to work with and solve problems together.

Cons

Executive leadership has no problem breaking promises. I was asked to go above and beyond on a project and promised a bonus if I was able to hit/exceed goals. I met every goal, was given verbal and written recognition, but the bonus never came. I worked on getting my money for 6 months then decided to leave the company. Too bad - good people at the engineer level - executives just are not trustworthy.

Pros

Front line people were amazing. They had to be. Management overworked them with almost no support or appreciation.

Cons

Over worked. Expected to work 60 to 70 hours a week just to get by. Project were under staffed. Any quality engineer was assigned to 30 to 40 different projects. Expected to take client calls on personal cell phone 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Bonuses were a joke if ever. Run from your interview.
