      Pros

      Synoptek has been a great part of my life for almost 20 years now. During that time we have grown dramatically - both organically and through mergers. This has allowed me to take on new responsibility, learn new technologies and work with great customers. Synoptek is still small enough where I can make a difference. I don't feel like just a number.

      Cons

      We are not in the office as much anymore so I don't see the team as much as we have in the past. Synoptek has been flexible with remote work but I miss seeing people in person as much as I used to. Sometimes the work can be demanding but that is both a pro and a con.
