      Pros

      Great teams and excellent coworkers. A diverse range of clients and tech.

      Cons

      No training, low pay, no bonuses, poor management and lack of oversight. The management lack awareness and professionalism. Being understaffed is a feature of the company not a bug.

      Lots of turnover

      Pros

      A good spectrum of IT service offerings to customers. Good people employed.

      Cons

      What upper management wants done and what the troops are capable of providing are two different things. Serious lack of documentation on what is provided to customers, only dependence on word of mouth, if available. Never enough staffing to provide good service causing lots of turnover & burnout.

      Pros

      This was a great company at one point and still has some great people. Depending on where you work and what you do—this could be a good place if you are early in your career or even straight out of college with no experience in what was called the Discover IT program.

      Cons

      Once you get some experience here I wouldn’t stick around long. You’ll slide far behind your peers in compensation. There’s no bonus structure at all for engineers. The incentive for high performers is simply not there. It’s also a good ol boys club. Women tend to slide in leadership positions briefly and then slide out, in favor of “yes men”.
