Good benefits and hybrid schedule.

Cons

High turnover, doesn't take care of it's people, poor leadership, terrible pay. Chief People Person is abrasive and sets culture for unprofessional and argumentative communication amongst all teams.

Benefits are good: Medical / Dental / Vision / 401K + match / HSA /FSA

Cons

Leadership Void, Communication Breakdown, High Turnover, Lack of Appreciation The Finance and Accounting deportment fundamentally changed in the last year for the worse. Communication is non-existent, turnover is rampant, it is no longer an encouraging, learning, succeeding environment it was, if is very much the opposite.

We offer multiple ways for individuals to build connections and receive communication, including hosting monthly global All Hands, scheduling regular departmental meetings, and having frequent touch points between managers and employees to discuss individual contributions, learning objectives, and career goals.
