      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, good people, lack of someone watching you over your shoulder (can be good or bad). Overall a nice group of people ran by some horrible management staff.

      Cons

      Lack of management, no constructive criticism, clients are given poor support and managers just care about their bonuses and not actually providing good support for their clients.

      Heroic level of a few engineers with high work ethic and integrity is the only thing keeping this boat afloat..

      the level of cognizant dissonance is so high that management takes numbers over talent and common sense.
