Great colleagues, incredible work environment with a true team feel, long term focus, strong customer focus and retention. Great new initiatives around employee engagement and benefits by the new HR leader shows a real focus on people. This part of the business needed better leadership and she has changed a lot of things for the positive. Leadership recently announced an initiative to travel to every site around the globe to speak with employees one on one. Company is on the right path.

Cons

Compensation could be improved overall. Some changes need to be made in leadership.
