      Pros

      They offer schedule flexibility, are incredibly family friendly (I've had two maternity leaves while working here), and the people are friendly and wonderful to work with and for.

      Cons

      The commute to downtown takes me a while.

      - Growth opportunities both technically and in new roles - Teams well organized, collaborative - Challenging but not insane workload - Training incentive programs, training paid by company - Growing firm with expanding territory and clients ranging from start-ups to city governments

      - Some work processes unnecessarily complex - Can accrue only one year of time off - (Inevitable) issues with growth partly through acquisition, but generally well-managed

      Pros

      Great benefits, and an HR department that seems to delight in adding more whenever things are going well for the company.

      Cons

      Unless you're one of the "in" crowd, there's not a lot of opportunity for either lateral or upward moves. The company has grown extremely rapidly, even through the recession, but most of that seems to be through mergers and acquisitions, rather than actual organic growth.
