Pros

Decent mid-level management, and a large customer base. That's about the only positive things I can say about this company.

Cons

Disorganized, poor escalation, high turnover rate for both employees and clients. This place was a nightmare. With 3 ticketing systems, no effective knowledge base system, and a culture of "not my job," I am not sure how this company stays in business. The a/c was out in the office for more than a month. The HR representatives tend to stretch the truth, so get everything in writing. There are too many tools (depending on which client you are trying to help) and a tribal knowledge culture, so you are likely on your own when trying to fix issues as a Tier 1 Tech. Moving up will require a degree and/or certifications, and experience means little to nothing in their environment. All in all, a terrible work experience, with far too many issues to name here.

Cons

*Communication and information is for the most part non-existent *Management is incredibly poor at what they do and do not hold themselves accountable for setting the employees up to fail *Continued growth through acquisition which is fine if you knew what you were doing, their integration process is horrible you'd think you would have it down by the 4th or 5th one, but alas employees are kept clueless and never informed on whats going on and expected to support environments with little to no information causing frustration to clients and employees but the excuse from management that its growing pains is old after several years. *No focus from management\sales on service offerings and employees get hit with support on new random applications\devices with no training to go off of just so they can close the deal and get that MRR.

Pros

Talented engineers, "able to work from home" - quotes explained in cons. Matched 401k.

Cons

You will get the opportunity to work from home, but your manager will call you at least 3 times to try and get you onsite - even if you requested the day to be WFH and you have no car. Management does not listen, not your needs or concerns. Training is a joke, documentation is impossible. Broken promises throughout our entire acquisition. They bought our amazing company and then destroyed it. Not only did most the staff jump ship after acquisition but so did the clients. Clients realized that this company was going to provide an extremely diminished service from what they had been getting and they all went with a new MSP. Do yourself a favor and apply to any, literally any, other MSP in the area. This one will break your soul.
