      Pros

      Coworkers are great, and the pay is consistent.

      Cons

      Even though the company offers to reimburse you for some certs you write it only applies if you pass the test. And the pay they offer isn't enough to take the risk of losing 300+ dollars or to take the time outside of work to study for them.

      Good pay, smart co-workers, nice work environment.

      Cons

      I don't know who my leadership team is really and communication is poor. I believe the leadership is making strides to correct this, but has a way to go yet.
