Pros

Working here has been a great experience for me. It has given me the ability to learn and grow as a valued team member and contribute to projects that I worked on. Co-workers and management are all friendly and no politics is there in the company (that is the best part :) ). I have worked with high profile customers and have grown professionally. I like working here because the work environment is very very employee friendly.

Cons

If you are a frequent job changer then this company is not for you. Because once you join it, you wont feel like changing the job.

You will never be appreciated, they will pressure you to work till late , never appreciating talent, who knows nothing and having good relation with manager will get good hike and appreciation.

Senior Managers are very baised and political. They can halt your career. Human Resources is just for show. They can't support employees at junior and senior level. In software development, barely new projects come up. Most of them are very old and in maintenance mode due to which employees dont get to learn and improve their skills. Managers are very sensitive and egostic. Nomatter how much you try to take care you will end up hurting them and will have to face the consequences that can go to the any extent.
