      Pros

      Syntech is a wonderful place to work. Everyone is so accepting, the company is one big family. We all have a function to provide and together we accomplish great things. We all work together and have fun together at company events. It’s great environment and everyone is very talented at what they do.

      Cons

      None... the company is great place to work.

      Pros

      After serving six years in the United States Air Force, I have yet to see a similar community of co-workers dedicated to the welfare of their peers. Everyone I have worked with at Syntech has taken an interest into my personal growth and professional career. It is the most welcoming and supportive environment I have had the pleasure of working in.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced and can be a lot to handle. This is not all together a bad thing, but requires a very proactive and motivated mindset.

      Pros

      There are several reasons why you should work here. Ownership is one reason to work here. They are friendly and have na open door policy to discuss any issues. They have reached and helped employees in need. They are constantly trying to make things better for their employees. They strive to give raises and bonuses every year. There is alway room to move up within the company. They are trying to have activities outside of work to boost employee morale.

      I cannot think of any cons to work here.
