      Four months in and loving it!

      Pros

      Really nice and smart people, several multi-decade employees, good benefits, great company events (e.g., holiday party, beach party...), Agile development environment, and good design challenges.

      Cons

      It's further from home than I like but Syntech is worth the drive.

      Pros

      1. Sense of community: everyone supports each other. 2. You really feel appreciated. 3. There's plenty of chances to move and grow within the company.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times to meet deadlines and handle workloads but that comes with any job.
