      Pros

      Let me start by saying Syn-Tech is one of the best companies where I have ever had the pleasure to work. Syn-Tech is a company that rewards people who are hard workers, people that try to make a difference for the better, and people who are high performers. Syn-Tech is not a company for those just looking for a paycheck. From what I have seen and experienced, Syn-Tech is a company that you get back what you put into it. This includes pay, bonuses, promotions, and appreciation. Currently the company is poised for growth on an exponential level. In my opinion, Syn-Tech is coming out of a transition period from being a small company to a mid-size company and has positioned itself for a bright future.

      Cons

      The location is on the south side of town, if only it could be moved to the north near I10.

      Pros

      Great work environment with wonderful people. On boarding process really gets you excited to be a part of the team, and they continue to push you to be the best person you can, in the work place, and in your personal life.

      Could not even think of one if I tried!
