Very good place to work, they even have tuitionreimbursement

Cons

Extremely racist supervisors. I was was terminated for graduating from college even though they reimbursed my tuition...double standard.Pay is based on the color of your skin even within the same pay band. Promotions for colured employees is hard to come by....

Syntech has paid a grand total of $485,252.85 toward the cost of tuition for employees seeking to further their education! We feel it is important to note that we do have an open door policy and we have not had any terminations this year.

Pros

They have a nice application site that flows well. Unfortunately it could take an hour or more to list everything that is requested when a resume upload would have easily filled in the blanks.

Cons

Very disappointed in their outdated method of accepting applications and had to discontinue simply because no job is worth that much time and effort.
