      Solid company for now

      Pros

      There is no shortage of work. Jobs are secure, even if you're not very productive (also a con). Benefits are very good. Health insurance is completely covered for individuals, 401k plan has significant employer contributions. Some freedom to work on what you want.

      Cons

      Management talent and organizational structure has not caught up with entry-level employment growth. There isn't much clear direction from management. Information flows poorly between different departments. Much still gets done be heroics. Very little accountability for employees.

As a matter of fact we hired a Recruiter to help us hire those middle management positions you spoke of. We are making some big changes and plan on much continued growth in the years to come!
