      Pros

      Very much recommended company in a way. They made me very happy twice and more. Once, I was so happy to get a job there. Another time, I had been in ecstasies for months since I walked out the door for the last. Recalling those days always make me feel happy for where I am now. They live in a very unique culture, which people may like, like a safe haven. In all means, people should try to keep it so. An advice to those who want to settle in somewhere quiet place: Understanding of the system is the key to success, and that is the ultimate and the only skill. Good Luck!

      Company culture changing for the worse

      Great benefits, challenging work and mostly pleasant co-workers

      Cons

      Reprimanded and scrutinized for taking time off. Management is severely out of touch with requirements for job. Not much training provided, little room for growth. Annual raises and bonuses have diminished over recent years with little communication about why.

      Good place to work. Not much potential for growth.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Work environment is pretty laid back. Great benefits! The company takes very good care of their employees. Annual bonuses + Annual raises

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. They'd rather hire from outside of the organization and not promote from within which means if you're already in a position prepare to be there for a very long time. Time off is somewhat limited if you work in the call center. Some managers tend to micro-manage.
