Pros
- supportive and open senior management team - collaborative environment. Hardware ,software/ML, embedded, AE, marketing, sales, ... teams work very closely together. - Senior engineers take time to help more junior and new engineers to assimilate faster and come up to speed quickly - New ideas and out-of-the box thinking are encouraged - Frequent opportunities for team members to socialize over lunch, pingpong, etc.
Cons
Lots of demand from customers, marketing, sales which is a good thing ... however, it puts stress on ability to maintain a balance between supporting short term needs and longer term innovations
