      Amazing well knowledgable people who'd never say no to helping you out no matter how junior you are; Pretty great growth rate; Super chill culture with flexible work hours; Everyone respects your opinion no matter how junior you are; No one minds if you want to chill and play a little ping pong.

      the day there is no food truck present, you're gonna have to walk a bit to the nearest restaurants

      positive company culture; experienced leadership team; respectful employees; overall great environment to work in; very nice office; Syntiant employees learn more (even without seeking additional learning opportunities) during their first year of employment than they would anywhere else. An unparalleled addition to your resume. Managers and leaders who care about employee concerns and personal/ professional development.

      Cons

      all-syntiant, all-the-time. However, those who work at Syntiant don't mind. There is a shared belief in the team, product, progress thus far and where the journey could take us.

      Plenty of demand for the products You don't need to ask permission to do something that needs doing Well resourced Growing fast

      Cons

      The building doesn't have a food vendor in it, so it is onsite snacks or a longish walk to a restaurant.
