      Weekly pay Consistent tractor after awhile

      Truck loaded like crap You can never fit your equipment on the back of your truck You bring up issues in monthly meetings , but nothing ever gets down about said issues . No home life Huge turnover

      Cons

      Hardest work you’ll ever do. Times are hard to hit. Management is even they also rotate in and out the door like the employees. Oh yeah go ahead and give up on your family your new family is Sysco
