      Pros

      Great Base Pay and probably the best insurance benifits around.

      Cons

      Like most big companies it requires a lot of jumping though hoops to get anything done such as new equipment. I left because while they offer great incentives to get a higher production rating, good luck getting it with the lack of equipment.
