Pros

Colleagues are talented, friendly, helpful. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Used to recommend Sysco because they take care of their most valuable resource, its people. But that changed. I now make less as an 8 year sales professional than I did as an inside sales rep when I started in 2016. I’ve grown sales dollars and pieces by double digit percentages, but your new system excludes me from making any bonus.

Pros

You gain alot of experience at Sysco as you will do the job of many due to the companies thin margins.

Cons

On the surface, it appears you make great money. But once I take my comp and divide by the number of hours (57 to 60 per week) I left my old job for nothing. The culture is a churn and burn culture all the way from the Corporate jobs to the Operating Sites. There will always be another sucker to take over your job lured by a nice salary and bonus. Buyer beware!!
