Pros

Ability to create your own schedule.

Cons

CEO doesn’t care about you or anything but the stock price. No accountability whatsoever for any department but sales. They cut your pay and don’t give you the necessary tools you need to do your job. You can’t survive on the current base pay but no one making 6 and 7 figure salaries took a hit. They’ll continue sitting at home watching Jeopardy reruns. Lot of dead weight within the company. Probably could’ve kept pay the same if you’d get rid of those who do nothing.

Pros

Industry leader, good benefits, good lower management. Lots of continuing training.

Cons

Downgraded compensation package…everyone’s salary rolled back beginning of fiscal year 2025 (July 2024). How lucrative the new plan is, will be determined in time.

Sysco is terrible

Pros

Pro is flexible hours, that’s about it

Cons

Bonus structure is terrible. Upper management does care about employees. They do not look out for sales reps. Don’t care about the small business. Have to put in sales call plans that are useless. Micromanaging
