      Pros

      Friendly staff and Client's to work with. Everyone gets along very well and works together as a team to get any project done or resolve any issue that might come up during the course of the day.

      Cons

      Can be long hours at certain times of the year.

      It's a dynamic workplace if you are looking for challenges

      Cons

      Scheduling is poor and not necessarily scheduled due to priority. Turnover is EXTREMELY high, and about those awards someone else was talking about. I do tremendous work, and have not seen any rewards.

      I noticed this is from two years ago. Our scheduling IT Coordinator does a fantastic job and is a valuable part of our team. He's been with us since the summer of 2017, so these comments were before his time. We just did a Net Promoter campaign to all our clients with absolutely fantastic results. If there were issues, I'm confident they are fully resolved!

      Excellent challenging fast paced IT job. Great place to work

      Pros

      Family oriented, ethical, honest company to work for. Work conditions are good especially for managed services style company. Treat customers like family, real personal touch for an IT firm. Company pays car cost for mileage. All around good experience so far from joining to being part of the team. Great group of people to work with and learn from. Tons of combined IT knowledge. Good genuine owners and family, that really care about their employees.

      Cons

      Not really any yet. Company is growing This place is not for people who aren't self-driven. Managed services IT requires extreme attention to detail and focus and can be overwhelming for people not used to a fast paced IT environment.
