Pros

I worked full-time at Syscon for about a year and found it to be a great environment that encourages the entire staff to learn as muhc as they can about their field. There was always talk about classes and new gadgets coming out, as well as new techniques (and old favorites) that were liberally shared among the technical staff.

Cons

There are certainly high stress times of year and the hours can get long, but the management does their best to make it worth your time to put in that extra effort. Sometimes those hours can cause tension between the office staff and the field staff, but it is usually pretty well handled.

Thanks for taking the time to share. We definitely have high stress times, and we definitely want to show our appreciation for the whole staff pitching in when they come up. We'll continue to look for ways to reduce the interruptions and to thank our staff for their extra effort.

Great Staff and Management

Pros

The Tech and Office Staff are great to work with! They care about their clients, their work, being on top in the tech field, and each other. The management works hard, too - they are responsive to staff issues and requests and work hard at making sure clients are satisfied and pleased.

Cons

Working in the tech field can be high stress since it is always changing, but Syscon staff does a good job of lifting each other up. Clients are always first priority, and the techs are really smart at what they do.

Pros

I have joined in 2008 and left the Company in 2010. Within my 2 years of experience here, I can say that this is the place where you come in as a fresher and go out as a Leader. Full marks to the MD leading the company. He is at his best in all the segments of Employee engagement.

Cons

There is no Cons as much to say except the point that they are Low Pay masters. Bust still they provide Lunch and evening Snacks within Office itself which so many companies wont provide.
