- wants people to be engaged with work relationships -understands people have families - handled COVID wonderful at the time, and is consistent with the new challenges brought to the workforce

Cons

-lots of brands under S1, sometimes smaller units are overlooked - administrative roles do not have much of an upward career path -medical benefits are expensive considering how big a company this is

The pay was decent but not enough to compensate for the daily harassment and belittlement by the Billing Department management.

Cons

No proper training to learn your job. You are expected to learn by reading other peoples notes. You are micromanaged to the point of harassment. Instead of support, you are belittled, put down by management if you make a mistake. Your told to ask questions, but when you do you are made fun of and accused of taking the easy way out. That's why the turnover is so great.
