      Pros

      Company is very flexible and employee friendly. They have long term contracts with clients and have a significant amount of opportunity to make placements. Can generate great commissions off of contract and perm placements. Not micromanaged. Provide all the tools I need to be successful.

      Sometimes have too many requirements to work on.

      Pros

      Just get your job done and you will have no issues. Different than most staffing companies in that everyone is specialized, and truly professionals. Leadership is extremely caring and employee first as well.

      Cons

      Lack of process and communication at times with back office.
