free parking.....a half mile away pretty good PTO plan you receive a paycheck coworkers are mostly nice, but everyone is miserable

Cons

Management, super low moral, toxic work environment, no training, no reviews, no culture, overworked, underpaid, benefits are ridiculously expensive for the regular employees, no 401k match

Pros

Literally none other than the weekly paycheck.

Cons

No raises. Very low pay. Was explicitly told not to discuss my salary with other employees (a requirement which is legally unenforcable) more than once but never in writing. Was allowed to accrue vacation time, but never to use it. Was told vacation time was eventually phased out and not even accrued anymore. Very difficult to contact anyone and get an explicit answer about anything.

Family Oriented, Goal oriented, Will give you the tools you need to succeed, Management is accessible, balanced work & home; great benefits, plenty of time to be with family and loved ones; plenty of opportunities make good money and advance

Cons

The only con I can see is sometimes our growth and expansion is so great, Corporate sometimes has a problem keeping up with the growth but ultimately they do get caught up.
