Pros

hired me straight out school without even an interview. Lots of hours with lots of overtime

Cons

hired me a "contractor" so they didn't have to give me any benefits or PTO. The project I was on was way over budget by the time I joined, so the possibility of being laid off any day without notice was an issue everyday.

System one was there in a pinch. They clearly know who needs help and can place you with minimum head ache

Cons

Sure they can place you with work, but that's if you can actually get a recruiter to call you back. One in particular acted like it was a bother every time there was contact. Once you're placed with a job, good luck getting anyone to see how you're doing.
