good 401k, however they never contribute as advertised.

Cons

My paycheck went to an account I never have heard of for 3 months of my paychecks last year!!!!!!!! I've never seen a commission check in the years I've worked there, but clearly I've generated leads as I'm still on the team!!!

Low base salary and not a great ability to advance because there are set salary/commission caps that keep from motivating someone for the long term in that position.
