      career opportunity with a family focus

      Pros

      This is a family owned company that has locations on the entire West Coast. With this many locations it would easy to become a statistic, however- the ownership and management team go out of their way to create a culture that rewards top performers and treats each member as family. Employee development, team culture and customer service are key to this company's continued growth and success.

      Cons

      This is not really a con but- this is a fast paced opportunity that requires hard work and continued training on your craft

      Pros

      Training (huge amount of constant training), car allowance, and last and Most importantly the PEOPLE! Ping pong table, my first sale the President of a 100 million dollar plus company emailed me within ten mins of closing my first sale! Electronic everything...just amazing tools provided.

      Cons

      First two months. Commission checks sent after work is perfromed (which makes sense) but need to be committed to working hard first two or three months to get sales funnel going.

      Pros

      Extremely supportive with excellent training and opportunity for advancement. Working with people to help change their lives and homes is rewarding and we get to see the project unfold from start to finish. Culture is very work life balanced and team oriented.

      Cons

      Its not for everybody if you don't want to meet with people and or have a problem working evenings and on the weekends its not the right job for you. Need to be career oriented, this isn't a temporary/part time job...
