      There are several companies under the main company to sponsor employees from other crountries.

      Cons

      Does not allow work from home. If you are not from India, you will not advance.

      Good People, Bad Management

      Pros

      Great supportive co-workers with good experience. Fun company culture. Great benefits. Very accepting of life-work balance.

      Cons

      Inconsistent delivery post-sale. Management was just reporting the numbers. Limited to no support from sales engineers, management, executives. Little to no training on company offerings, systems, strategies.

      Pros

      Flexible with schedules, start time and end time. While not remote, there is the ability to work from home if something comes up, ex a kid is sick, you have to be home for a plumber etc.

      Cons

      Not competitive with pay making people come back to the office insurance isn't great for families Upper management doesn't listen to the people who understand what is going on, rather they would prefer to listen to other old Indian men even if they are not qualified in the area
