SST is great company for someone that is looking to grow their career in a small to mid size but profitable company. I have been with SST for almost 2 years and over that time our leadership team is always willing to listen to my opinion on how to make SST grow as an IT staffing company. I cannot say enough about my leadership team at SST. They are helpful and always willing to help me grow as a SR Account Executive. I cannot be any happier about the choice I made to a member of the SST family. SST is like a family. Everyday SST helps each other, both personally and professionally, and as a SR Account Executive there are some issues that come up like many other companies, but our leaders can always resolve the issues in a timely matter.

I hope readers take the negative reviews on here with a grain of salt... most of them seem to be written by disgruntled marketing team members who were part of a staff reduction earlier this year. Understandable that they would be upset, but that doesn't negate the experience for the many employees who are still with the company. There are great people here, and an even better culture. Company cares for you like family. Open door policy all the way to the CEO's level. Support from everyone, and ample opportunities for growth and success.
