SST provides a great career opportunity for those that are looking for more than just a Account Exec (Sales) or Recruiting position. We are growing exponentially each year and we offer our clients the very best IT Staffing and Services solutions. It is a great place to work and I feel that the work that I do each day / week is valued and important to the organization. We are a small company but we have strong financial backing and we are expanding our IT Staffing business across the country. The team has made me feel welcome and we have a "family" environment.
Cons
I can not list any Cons at this point in time. We continue to grow and sometimes at a pace that has caused some "growing" pains for the back office to keep up with us. But...we love what we do and SST is a great company to work for.
